Paul Andrzejczak is a seasoned professional in the real estate and architectural sectors, currently serving as the Founder of PA|RE Development since June 2020, where the focus is on transforming multifamily housing in the Tampa Bay area through innovative redevelopment and design. Prior experience includes a role as an Architect at Gensler from September 2013 to February 2019, leading project teams and collaborating with developers and regulatory bodies. Paul has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at both Woodbury University and SCI-Arc, where course development emphasized sustainable design and construction techniques. Paul’s expertise encompasses architectural design, project management, and marketing, supported by a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Architecture from SCI-Arc.
