Jimmy Guity is an experienced professional currently serving as the Regional Manager at The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp since January 2008. In addition to this role, Jimmy holds various leadership positions, including Committee Co-Chair for BIPOC initiatives, where responsibilities include creating safe spaces for BIPOC Camp members and promoting diversity and inclusion. Jimmy has also contributed to employee support as the Boston HOP Committee Representative in Human Resources, overseeing inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and policies. Previous positions include Lead Hospital Outreach Specialist, Mental Health Clinician, and a variety of roles in program development and support for youth in medical settings. Jimmy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Bridgewater State University and additional studies at The Washington Center for Internships.
