C.J. Broome has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2011 with roles as an Inventory Analyst at The Home Depot. They then moved on to be a Sr Inventory Analyst at HD Supply in 2016. Later that year, they became a National Account Manager at GE Lighting, specifically managing the account for The Home Depot. In 2017, C.J. Broome transitioned to SBM Life Science, where they were a Key Account Manager for The Home Depot and then later a National Account Manager for Lowe's, Walmart, Menards, and Costco. Most recently, they have been working at Reliance Worldwide Corporation as a National Account Manager for Lowe's and now hold the position of Director of Sales.

C.J. Broome obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Georgia - Franklin College of Arts and Sciences in 2009.
