Wayne Feigenbutz is an experienced construction and civil engineering professional with a robust career spanning several decades. Currently serving as Manager at HolcimUS since May 2023, Wayne previously held significant roles including President and Owner of CTI of Northern Virginia, leading a concrete repair and resurfacing company since 2014. Wayne also served as President of Perry Engineering Company, Inc., and RAM Development Corporation, overseeing site preparation and utility construction services, respectively. Earlier in the career, Wayne was Executive Vice President of the Aggregates Division at Luck Stone Corporation, where strategic initiatives resulted in substantial revenue and profit growth. Educational qualifications include an Executive Management Studies Program from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and an Associate's Degree in Civil Engineering from Bailey Technical Institute.
