Michele Oehlers currently serves as Claims Supervisor at HolcimUS since March 2016, bringing extensive experience in managing workers' compensation programs. Previously, Michele held the position of Senior Claims Manager at V&A Risk Services from November 2012 to March 2016, where assistance to self-insured employers in claims administration and cost containment was provided. Prior to that, Michele worked as Workers' Compensation Claims Administrator II at HCR ManorCare, overseeing a self-insured program across multiple states. Michele's early career included roles as a Legal Assistant at Bugbee & Conkle and as Development Director at Notre Dame Academy. Academically, Michele completed graduate work in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology at Bowling Green State University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences from Texas Woman's University.
