British national born in 1948, Adrian Loader is a Member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Health, Safety & Sustainability Committee and a Member of the Nomination, Compensation & Governance Committee of Holcim. He was elected to the Board of Directors of Holcim in 2006. Adrian Loader holds an Honours Degree in History from Cambridge University and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

He was Chairman of the Nomination & Compensation Committee of Holcim Ltd from 2014 to 2015.
