Vicki Theisen is an accomplished professional with over three decades of experience in internal controls and auditing. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Control for North America at Holcim since July 2015, Vicki previously held the position of Internal Controls Compliance Officer at Holcim (US) and Aggregate Industries US from January 2012 to July 2015. Vicki's tenure at Holcim began in September 2001 as Manager of Special Projects, following a significant period at Arthur Andersen LLP where Vicki worked as an Experienced Manager in Audit and Business Advisory Services from December 1991 to August 2001. Vicki holds a B.S.A. in Professional Accounting from the University of Michigan, earned between 1987 and 1991.
