Steffen Kindler currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Holcim, a position held since April 2023 and also a member of the Executive Committee. Previously, from August 2011 to March 2023, Steffen was the Chief Financial Officer of Nestlé Germany and held various roles at Nestlé, including Global Head of Investor Relations and Senior Advisor in Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions. Earlier experiences include serving as CFO of Nestlé Waters Europe and in finance roles at Nestlé Waters Germany and Nestlé Germany as an Internal Auditor. Steffen holds a diploma in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Mannheim and completed the Nestlé Leadership Program at London Business School in 2008.
