Raffaele Zurlo is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the I&O Head of Global Edge at Holcim since August 2021. Prior to this role, Raffaele served as the Regional Head of Service Delivery at LafargeHolcim from December 2009 to August 2021, where responsibilities included acting as the Single Point Of Contact for Corporate/Global Services stakeholders and regional management representative for I&O escalations. Raffaele has also held positions such as SAP Senior System Administrator and Project Manager, managing various Corporate and Global SAP landscapes. Earlier experience includes working as an ERP Senior Technical Advisor at Agip KCO and as an SAP System Administrator at EDS, an HP Company, with expertise in monitoring and administering SAP systems across multiple operating environments. Raffaele holds a postgraduate degree in Telecommunications Systems from EMIT Foundation and graduated from L. Cremona High School with a focus on ICT applications.
