Majdi Fakih currently serves as the Head of Internal Control & Internal Assurance at Holcim Lebanon, where responsibilities include supporting management in establishing an effective Internal Control Management Cycle, overseeing compliance with Group ICS requirements, and enhancing internal audit processes. With a career at Holcim since 1992, Majdi has held various roles such as Project Manager, ICS Compliance Officer, Procurement Officer, and Head of Controlling, contributing to significant projects, including the implementation of the European Business Model and local financial initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Accountant at St Joseph University and Finance Manager at Spinning and Weaving Co. Majdi holds a BA in Management from Université St. Joseph and a Mathelem degree from College des Peres Carmes.
