Kim Fausing is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Holcim since 2020, Kim Fausing holds the position of CEO at Danfoss since 2007, where responsibilities have also included roles as Executive Vice President & COO and President of the Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Division. Additional board experience includes Deputy Chairman of the Board at SMA Solar Technology AG since 2014, Member of the Board at Hilti AG from 2010 to 2022, and Deputy Chairman of the Board at Velux A/S from 2011 to 2017. Earlier in career, Kim Fausing held various international positions at Hilti between 1990 and 2007, including Division President. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Aarhus Teknikum, Denmark.
