Karin van Egmond has extensive experience in event management and communications, currently serving as the Head of Group Events at Holcim since 2002, where responsibilities include delivering large-scale corporate events aligned with the brand. Previous roles at Holcim include Events and Communications Manager, focusing on the conceptualization and project management of major corporate events, and Communications Manager, overseeing internal and external communication initiatives. Early career experience includes positions as Administrative Assistant to Exco members at S&B Institut für Berufs- und Lebensgestaltung and as an Account Executive in various advertising agencies. Karin holds a degree in Kommunikationsplanerin from SAWI and a Matura from Kantonsschule Zürcher Unterland.
