Cody Tucker possesses extensive experience in the mining industry, with a career that spans from January 1988 to the present. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Plant Manager at Holcim, Cody oversees the production of over 2 million tons per year from an underground mine, managing a team of 32 union employees. Previous roles include Mine Superintendent, where responsibilities involved daily mining operations, safety focus, and capital expenditure projects, and Front Line Supervisor, which entailed training employees and enhancing mine development. From July 2018 to September 2023, Cody held the position of Plant Manager/Area Manager at LafargeHolcim, managing multiple quarries and emphasizing operational efficiency and safety. Earlier experience includes working at Linwood Mining and Minerals as a Miner and Lead Man, where skills in blasting, drilling, and mine development were honed.
