Adriano Chikande is an experienced professional currently serving as an Optimization Graduate Trainee at LafargeHolcim since November 2019 and as a Numerade Educator since June 2021. Previously, Adriano completed an Operations Internship at Zimbabwe Power Company from August 2017 to August 2018, gaining hands-on experience in quality control laboratory processes, feed water treatment, thermal power plant operations, and coal and ash processing. Adriano holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Chemical Engineering from Stellenbosch University, obtained in April 2023, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) Hons in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Science and Technology, completed in 2019. Educational background also includes A-Level and O-Level qualifications from Mtshabezi High School.
