Stina Lyngse has extensive experience in strategic development and leadership within municipal settings. Currently serving as a Strategisk udviklingskonsulent for Holbæk Kommune since May 2019, Stina previously held the position of Teamleder at Egedal Kommune from March 2015 to November 2018, where responsibilities included personnel management, coaching, strategy formulation, and task coordination. Stina also served as an Udviklings- og Digitaliseringskonsulent at Egedal Kommune from September 2007 to 2015, with a focus on project management, IT systems, and digitalization initiatives. Stina's career commenced at Furesø Kommune as an Administrative medarbejder from December 1999 to September 2007, focusing on administrative tasks. Educated at Professionshøjskolen Metropol with a Diploma in Leadership, as well as studies at Copenhagen Business School and COK- Kommunom, Stina combines practical experience with formal training.
