Michal Duczmal began their career in 2007 as a Market Research Analyst at Ipsos. In 2008, they held two roles, as a Fraud Prevention Specialist at Royal Bank of Scotland Business and an Outbound Sales Representative at Bank of Scotland. In 2010, they were a Sales Associate at Dreams Ltd. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Sales Consultant at Full Circle International. From 2014 to 2017, they were the Head of Product (Annotate) and a Relationship Manager at Annotate Software. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Software Engineering Manager and a Product Owner Team Lead at Sabre Corporation. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Co-founder and CTO at Litilex. Finally, from 2021 onwards, they have been the Chief Product Officer at HolaPlace, leading a global team of 6 nationalities.

Michal Duczmal completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and Mathematics at The University of Edinburgh from 2006 to 2011. Michal then went on to obtain a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Management and Entrepreneurship at Edinburgh Napier University from 2013 to 2014.
