Simon Paddy is a seasoned finance and systems analyst with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Business Analyst Finance at HOIST since November 2024, Simon previously held the position of Senior Financial IFS Business Analyst at Oxford Immunotec from September 2021 to November 2024. Prior roles include IFS Business Analyst at Imerys, Treasurer for the IFS UK&I User Group, and multiple positions at Devon and Cornwall Police, including Systems Analyst and Performance and Planning Manager.
