Aurelia Mielcioiu has a diverse work experience. Aurelia currently holds the position of Finance Lead at Hoist Finance since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at SC POCAVISO PRODCOM SRL as a Finance Accounting Manager from July 2007. POCAVISO PRODCOM LLC is a Romanian company specializing in the sales of mobile phones and Orange contracts services. Before that, they worked as an Economist at ACHTUNG IMPEX SRL from July 2002 to July 2007.

Aurelia Mielcioiu obtained a Master's Degree in Management and Accounting Audit from the State University of Craiova- Faculty of Economics, from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the same institution, specifically the State University of Craiova- Faculty of Economics, focusing on Accounting and Management Information Systems from 2000 to 2004.
