Tecla Hoekstra has extensive experience in strategic advisory roles, currently serving as a Strategisch adviseur at Rode Kruis Nederland since December 2014, where responsibilities include the development of the organization-wide strategy for 2026-2030 and reporting on annual plans across various clusters. Prior to this, Tecla contributed as an Adviseur and Projectleider within the National Assistance cluster at Rode Kruis Nederland. Tecla's previous experience includes project management at TU Delft, focusing on services such as Education & Student Affairs, HR, and ICT. Early career positions involved a project management internship at Hoffman Krul & Partners and a full-time board role at EBF Groningen. Tecla holds a Master's in Change Management from the University of Groningen and has recently completed a Masterclass in the Future of Strategy at the University of Amsterdam.
