Philippe Druon is a partner at Hogan Lovells, specializing in Business Restructuring & Insolvency since May 2019 and bringing over 25 years of experience in bankruptcy and restructuring law. Previously, Philippe served as Co-Head of the French Restructuring department at Weil Gotshal and Manges, where numerous high-profile cases were managed, including those involving Chroralp, Eurotunnel, and General Motors. Earlier in their career, Philippe was an avocat at Jeantet et associés from 1994 to 2002. Philippe holds a Master 2 in Droit des affaires from Paris I and Paris II universities and a baccalauréat in Economie from Sainte Croix de Neuilly.
