Louise Jacob is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in commercial services and vendor management. Currently serving as the Head of Global IT Commercial Services at Hogan Lovells since February 2017, Louise previously held various leadership roles at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, including Head of IT Commercial and Vendor Management. Louise's background includes managing supplier strategies, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation, while also leading teams in major IT procurement projects. Earlier career milestones include positions at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. and Arqiva, where Louise engaged in IT contract management and procurement processes critical to organizational efficiency and strategic alignment. Louise holds a BA Honours in Economics from the University of Portsmouth, obtained in 1988.
