Lauren Kiino is an accomplished culinary professional currently serving as the Culinary Director at Hog Island Oyster Co since February 2023. With a diverse background in the culinary industry, Lauren has held various prominent positions, including Private Chef for a family in Marin from November 2018 to April 2023, and Executive Chef/Partner at both Red Dog Restaurant and Fearless Coffee from October 2013 to November 2018. Lauren also operated Il Cane Rosso as Chef/Owner from July 2009 to April 2016 and advanced from line cook to Chef de Cuisine at Delfina Restaurant Group from December 1999 to December 2007. Lauren began culinary training as a line cook at East Coast Grill in 1997. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Geology/Earth Science from Amherst College.
