Will Urban-Smith started their work experience in 2004 as a Marketing Graduate Trainee at Banco Santander. From 2005 to 2021, they worked at Johnson & Johnson, holding various roles including Sales Director, Head of Pharmacy & Field Sales, Business Unit Head, Head of Commercial Strategy- Skincare, Senior Customer Development Manager, Customer Development Manager, Customer Development Executive, and Graduate Trainee. In 2021, they joined Hofseth BioCare ASA as the Vice President - Consumer Healthcare.

Will Urban-Smith attended The University of Sheffield from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Business Studies, specializing in Business/Managerial Economics. After completing their undergraduate degree, they pursued further education at Sheffield Hallam University from 2003 to 2004. Here, they earned a Master of Science degree in International Marketing, focusing on the field of Marketing.
