Susan Elholm is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at HOFOR since August 2023. Prior to this role, Susan held HR-partner positions at Steno Diabetes Center Copenhagen from June 2019 to August 2023 and at Sundheds- og Ældreministeriet from December 2016 to June 2019. Additionally, Susan worked as a Special Advisor at Statens Serum Institut between March 2012 and December 2016, and at the Danish Medicines Agency from June 2005 to December 2012. Earlier in the career, Susan served as Fuldmægtig at both Kort og Matrikelstyrelsen and Niels Brock from September 1998 to June 2002 and August 1995 to August 1998, respectively. Susan holds a degree from Copenhagen Business School.
