John T. Gallagher is an Intellectual Property Litigation Partner at Hoffmann & Baron, LLP, where they focus on representing corporations, small entities, start-ups, and individuals in patent infringement, antitrust, trade secret, and unfair competition disputes. With over 25 years of experience, Gallagher has served as lead trial counsel in numerous intellectual property disputes across federal courts in the United States and has also been involved in arbitration and mediation proceedings. They frequently advise clients on the strategic use and acquisition of intellectual property assets and have extensive litigation experience across various technologies, including medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Gallagher holds a J.D. from Saint John's University School of Law and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
