Mladen Ljiljak has extensive work experience as a Chief Engineer in the maritime industry. Mladen started their career at Dorian-Hellas in 2011 and then worked at Almi Tankers S.A. from 2012 to 2013. Mladen later joined Gesmar CH SA as Chief Engineer from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they were employed by MODEC, Inc. where they worked on the commissioning/conversion of a VLCC to FPSO in China and then served as an E/R Supervisor in Brazil.
