Josh has experience representing individual and corporate clients in both New York State and Oregon. Josh represents clients in litigation concerning real property and zoning/land use, corporate disputes, breach of contract, unfair competition, and fraud. Recently, much of Josh’s practice has involved complex, high stakes securities litigation.
