Mark Daley has over 15 years of experience in the insurance and mortgage industries. Currently serving as the Mortgage Origination Team Leader at Hodge since September 2020, Mark previously held positions at Aon as Consumer Team Leader, where management responsibilities included overseeing a team of 12, and as High Net Worth Client Manager, handling complex portfolios for Estates and VIP clients, including The Royal Household. Mark also gained valuable experience at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, working as a Trading Underwriter for SME Property & Casualty and as a Customer Service Assistant for Personal Lines Home & Motor business. Mark's early education was completed at Bishop of Llandaff High School from 1997 to 2005.
