Jochele Miller serves as the Program Coordinator for the “Ready to Werk” initiative at the Columbus Fashion Alliance, focusing on workforce development and diversity in retail. Additionally, Jochele operates as a Consulting Specialist, aiding in fashion business management and event coordination. As an Adjunct Professor at Hocking College, Jochele develops hands-on learning experiences in the fashion industry and supports graduating students with their Capstone projects. Jochele also functions as a Creative Director at MJochele, overseeing garment design and branding initiatives. Prior professional experience includes roles at Park National Bank and Walt Disney World, enhancing customer service and operational skills. Jochele holds an Associate's degree in Applied Business and is pursuing a Bachelor's in Fashion Management and Leadership, along with a certificate in Higher Education Teaching.
