Izabela Dmowska-Michalak is an experienced engineering professional with a background in construction and project management. Currently, Izabela holds the position of Kierownik działu technicznego at HOCHTIEF Polska S.A., overseeing the Towarowa Towers investment since December 2021. Previously, Izabela worked as an Inżynier budowy and Asystent projektanta at WB Project, focusing on static and strength calculations for metal-glass structures. Additional experience includes serving as an Asystent projektanta konstrukcji at KM-CONSTRUCTION and an internship at Budimex, where Izabela assisted in designing bridge structures. Izabela graduated with a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology in 2020.
