Kimberly Sherer Cutchall is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Ultd., Kimberly founded the company to empower leaders, teams, and individuals to realize their full potential. As a member of Chief since August 2022 and a Council Member with the Gerson Lehrman Group since 2009, Kimberly engages with a global network of experts. Kimberly's notable contributions include serving on the Board of Trustees for The Hobby Center and The Fay School, where Kimberly held several leadership roles. Additionally, Kimberly is a founding board member of the Pink Bows Foundation and has led initiatives at the Creative Problem Solving Institute. Previously, Kimberly held executive roles at Talent Plus, Inc. and founded Accendo International. Kimberly holds a PhD in International Business and Leadership Development from The International School of Management and a BA in Communications/Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University.
