Racheal Ugwu is a skilled recruitment consultant currently employed at Hobark International Limited since December 2023. Previously, Racheal held the position of acting head of Talent Acquisition & Engagement at The Concept Group from March 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included managing full-cycle recruitment for various roles.
