Aisha Morohunfola is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various legal capacities. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel/Contract Lawyer at Hobark International Limited since September 2022, Aisha provides support to the legal department and the company secretariat, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and other legal obligations across multiple subsidiaries. Prior experience includes representing clients in civil and business litigation at The Rock and Partners, where Aisha was involved in consulting on tax matters for a foreign company. Aisha also held positions as Associate Legal Counsel at Lateef Fagbemi SAN and CO, Legal Administrative Assistant at the Court of Appeal, and participated in externships at the High Court of Abuja and KT Turaki SAN & Co. Aisha holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Ahmadu Bello University and a Bachelor of Law (BL) from the Nigerian Law School.
