Zackary Howe is a seasoned construction professional currently serving as a Senior Preconstruction Manager at Hoar Construction since June 2021. Previously, Zackary held the position of Senior Estimator at The Walsh Group from March 2020 to June 2021 and spent nearly seven years at Messer Construction Co., where roles included Senior Estimating Manager, Estimating Manager, and Estimating Engineer. Early in the career, Zackary gained valuable experience as an Engineering Intern at Janssen & Spaans Engineering, Inc. and the Dearborn County Engineer's Office. Zackary earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, graduating in 2013, after completing secondary education at East Central High School.
