Salim Khalil, CCM, currently serves as Project Director at HNTB, a position held since March 2021. Prior to this role, Salim Khalil worked at Parsons Corporation from May 2005 to February 2021 as a Senior Construction Manager and Construction and Quality Manager, focusing on large and complex Design-Build Programs and Projects, including SR-22, TTIP (Guam), SR-91 CIP, I-405 Improvement, I-15 ELP, and I-15 ELC. Salim Khalil began a career in the construction industry as a Technical Consultant at SolarTech from April 2001 to April 2005 and previously held the position of Vice President and Director of Operations at International Construction Company from 1982 to 2001, where innovative approaches for construction management and delivery optimization were prioritized through Best Management Practices.
