Ken Sparks, PSP, has an extensive career in scheduling and project control, currently serving as a Senior Scheduler at HNTB since April 2019. Prior experience includes leading the scheduling efforts for the Lynnwood Link Extension light rail project at KBA, Inc., and conducting construction claims and forensic schedule analysis at McMillen Jacobs Associates. Ken also held the position of Senior Project Control Specialist at Sound Transit and worked as a Scheduling Engineer for TransPath and Modern Continental. Earlier roles included Project Engineer at Danis Environmental Industries and Estimator at a&l Industrial. Ken Sparks earned a degree from Southern Polytechnic State University from 1986 to 1991.
