Wenfu Li is a Bioinformatics Scientist at HNL Lab Medicine, specializing in the validation of Clinical Whole Exome Sequencing assays and the development of NGS pipelines for hereditary genetic testing. Prior experience includes roles at GeneDock as a Healthcare Consultant and Bioinformatics Architect, where responsibilities encompassed genetic data integration, development of clinical WGS pipelines, and managing the GeneDock Analyzer for NGS data solutions. Earlier, Wenfu Li contributed as a Research Assistant at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, the Molecular Evolutionary Bioinformatics Lab at the University of Houston, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, gaining extensive experience in molecular diagnostics, big data interpretation, and instructional roles in genetics. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Biology/Bioinformatics from the University of Houston and degrees in Zoology/Biology and Biology from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Huazhong Agricultural University, respectively.
