Ravindu Vibushitha is an experienced professional in human resources and business management, currently serving as an Executive in HR at HNB Assurance PLC since February 2024 and as a Business Owner for BookMate, a wholesale and retail business specializing in exercise books and stationery in Sri Lanka since May 2024. Previous experience includes roles as an Executive in People & Culture at Calcey, a Junior Executive in Human Resources and Human Resources Assistant at HNB General Insurance, and a Human Resources Intern at both the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority and LOLC Holdings PLC. Ravindu holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Colombo and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Cardiff Metropolitan University.
