Jeffrey Shaffer currently serves as the Vice President of Finance and Operations at HMS School for Children with Cerebral Palsy, a position held since January 2023, where the focus is on empowering students with complex disabilities through comprehensive educational programs. Prior to this role, Jeffrey held various financial positions at Comcast Effectv from March 2017 to January 2023, including Director of Finance and Sr. FP&A Manager, where the emphasis was on optimizing advertising sales through innovative technologies. Jeffrey's extensive experience at Comcast Spotlight from January 2006 to March 2017 involved significant leadership in financial planning and analysis across multiple markets, managing P&L and cash flow for substantial revenue figures. Jeffrey Shaffer holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a BS in Accounting from PennWest Clarion.
