Mia Meccariello, CTRS, is a dedicated recreation therapist with extensive experience in therapeutic settings. Currently serving as a recreation therapist at Weisman Children's since March 2024 and at HMS School for Children with Cerebral Palsy since January 2023, Mia has previously worked as a behavioral health technician at Public Health Management Corporation and held various roles at Little Beginnings Childcare Center from May 2016 to March 2022, including assistant director and childcare provider. Earlier experience includes positions as a recreation therapy aide and student intern at HMS School for Children with Cerebral Palsy, as well as a student intern at Episcopal Campus Temple University Hospital. Mia earned a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Therapy from Temple University in 2019.
