Sofía Osés has been working in the field of product management and engineering for over 10 years. Sofía started their career as an intern at ADITEL Sistemas in 2009. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Technical Engineer at i3i Ingeniería Avanzada, S.L., where they focused on designing and programming HVAC control systems installations, among other responsibilities.

In 2013, Sofía joined Yönnet Akıllı Bina ve Otomasyon Sistemleri as a Quality Engineer and Project Leader, where they oversaw OEM processes and implemented quality processes throughout the production chain. Sofía later transitioned into the role of Product Manager, conducting market and competitor studies, defining product requirements, and promoting new products in response to company needs.

Most recently, Sofía Osés has been working at HMS Networks since 2017. Sofía initially served as a Product Manager of Intesis Air Conditioning products, where they were responsible for market studies, defining product requirements, and managing the product life cycle and promotion. Sofía has since been promoted to the position of Product Management Director, starting in November 2020.
