Deborah Hardesty serves as Vice President and CHRO at HMI Glass and has previously held positions as Human Resources Director at the same company, along with roles such as Adjunct Faculty at Ivy Tech Community College and Human Resources Manager at Daramic, LLC, and Brown-Forman.
