Virginia Marquardt is an accomplished architect and principal at HMC Architects since June 2018, where the focus is on impactful designs for community needs in healthcare, education, and civic spaces. Previously, Virginia served as an architect and principal at DLR Group from September 2007 to June 2018, contributing to diverse projects in architecture and design across various sectors. Virginia held multiple leadership positions within the AIA Young Architects Forum, including Chair, Past Chair, and Community Director, where efforts were directed towards mentoring and promoting the next generation of architects. Virginia's professional experience encompasses project management roles at firms such as Leo A Daly and Architectural Resource Team, as well as earlier positions, starting as an intern at Hebert Land Architects. Virginia holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Louisiana Tech University.
