Rik comes to HMC following a 35-year career with Charles Pankow Builders, where he served as both CEO and Chairman of the Board. He is one of the founders of DBIA, is a registered Professional Engineer in Michigan, New Jersey, and Hawaii, and is a licensed General Contractor in California, Nevada, and Florida.
