Linn Elghorn currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Team Lead and Global Trainee & Graduate Program Responsible at H&M Group since November 2020. With extensive experience at H&M, including roles such as Global Trainee Program Responsible and HR coordinator & HR-Business Partner from September 2012 to August 2023, Linn has played a pivotal role in developing employer branding strategies and enhancing recruitment efforts across various functions. Prior experience includes positions as a Human Resources Assistant at The Boston Consulting Group and HR Assistant at Uniflex while pursuing a BSc in Human Resource at Uppsala University from 2010 to 2013.
