Ethel Ghirmai currently serves as the Global Head of Employer Branding at H&M Group since September 2023 and has been a Brand and Communications Consultant at ATL Productions since May 2020, specializing in communication and brand strategies for various clients, including H&M and Save the Children. Ethel's previous roles include Strategy Lead at H&M from December 2020 to August 2023, Client Director at Essen International, Account Director at Grau and The Brooklyn Brothers, and Digital Brand Strategist at BVD and Hilanders. Ethel holds a Master of Science from Malmö University and a Diploma in Strategic Communication and PR from Berghs School of Communication.
