Victor Keech is an accomplished Delivery Manager at HM Revenue & Customs, leading the Cloud Transformation Programme for Valuation Office Systems. In addition to this role, Victor serves as Chairman of the Albury Music Festival and has extensive consulting experience with Prosource. Previously, Victor held positions such as Interim Programme Manager for WPP's Cloud Acceleration Programme, managing critical cloud migrations, and Network and Workplace Lead for bp's China Compliance and Security Project. Victor's background includes significant roles in workplace transformation, disaster recovery, and IT policy implementation during various tenures at bp and other organizations, complemented by a BA Honours in Systems Analysis from the University of the West of England.
