Randy Tetrick, MBA, brings extensive experience in product and technology management, currently serving as the Director of Product and Technology at enGen since June 2015, overseeing a team of 130 professionals and managing a $5.5 million budget. Previously, Randy held various pivotal roles at Highmark Health Solutions, including Customer Success Director, where efforts focused on strengthening client relationships and technical support management, and IT Manager, which involved leading recruitment and training initiatives in India. Additional experience includes roles such as Lead Business Technical Analyst at Highmark and Technical EDI Lead at Direct Energy, complemented by earlier positions at TrueCommerce and US Bank. Randy holds an MBA from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Management Systems from Robert Morris University.
