Mikko Filio is an IT Infrastructure Analyst at enGen since July 2021, with prior experience as a Systems Analyst at SelecTech, Inc. from September 2020 to April 2021, focusing on Microsoft 365 and SonicWall firewall management. Earlier, Mikko interned at Keystone Human Services in June 2019, contributing to an IT project and managing employee and device information through Desktop Central and SharePoint. Mikko holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, where studies were completed between 2016 and 2020.
