Stefano Gentilini is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in managing and directing operations across various industries, including retail, HVAC, and water technology. Currently serving as Managing Director at HL Display since November 2021, Stefano leads initiatives to enhance merchandising and retail communication worldwide. Prior roles include Vice President of Testo Italia’s Solutions Division, where Stefano spearheaded digital transformation and process definition, and Managing Director at Green Termal Systems, focusing on corporate strategy and business performance. Additional experience encompasses sales management roles at Carrier and Ecolab, as well as significant positions at 3M Italy, where Stefano developed expertise in marketing and operations. Stefano holds a Master’s Degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and has furthered education through various executive programs, including a Smart Learning Executive Program and Google Digital Training.
